A skirt that is cut so high that when the female wearing it bends over you can see her "cock pit". Generally only used to describe the combination of wearing no panties and an extremely short skirt.
The hooker on the corner of Barnes and Noble was wearing a jet skirt... It was so short I could see it all even without her bending over!
